If you feel it, chase it! That’s the mantra of daring storm chasers in the Twister universe! The legacy sequel to the 1996 classic is finally, at long last, coming to theaters this July. And today, we got a new trailer for the biggest disaster film to come in years!

Along for the ride are a cast of terrific and incredibly talented actors, including Daisy Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell, Anthony Ramos, Brandon Perea, Sasha Lane, and more. This time around, the tornadoes are being shot and directed by Academy Award nominee Lee Isaac Chung (Minari) with a script by Mark L. Smith (Overlord, The Boys in the Boat).

The new trailer gives us a glimpse of the very fun-sounding story. Two teams of storm chasers are going to test out an experimental new method for shutting down tornadoes. It’s science versus old school twister-wrangling, with a lot of romantic chemistry in between! Here’s hoping this ride lives up to the legacy of its classic predecessor!
